• In case of bookings are less than 25 passengers for trip, the company has the right to cancel the trip.

Cancellation Policy :
• All reservation shall be subject to availability and confirmation by The Seanery Co., Ltd.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before departure time will be subject to a full charge.
• Full charge will be applied for No Show booking.
Cancellation due to bad weather
We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We will check with meteorological and marine department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition and boat company cannot not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. However, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the boat out, we will not issue any refund.
