Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") before using the services of PhuketCab.net ("we" or "our"). By accessing or using our website or booking our taxi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue using our services.
1. Bookings
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, what’s app or phone.
- The booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate contact information.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
2. Service Availability
- Our taxi services are available in Phuket, Thailand and certain surrounding areas.
- We strive to provide reliable and on-time services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
3. Pricing and Payment
- The pricing for our taxi services will be provided to you at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made in cash (we accept foreigner currency) directly to the driver or via credit/debit card through our online payment system.
- Any additional charges (customer request child seat) incurred during the journey will be added to the final payment.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Changes
- You have the right to cancel or modify your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- Cancellation more than 1 day before transfer date the amount paid for this transfer will be refund in full.
- No monies will be refund for cancellation less than 24 hrs. transfer date or no show.
5. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Passengers must treat the vehicle and our drivers with respect.
- Passengers should not engage in any illegal activities during the journey.
6. Liability
- Phuketcab.net acts solely as an agent and supplier, and therefore we do not assume any responsibility for personal injury, loss of life, or property damage that may occur during the provision of our services. In the event of an accident, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek compensation from their vehicle insurance provider."
- We will not be liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
