3. Tour Itinerary & Weather Conditions
• The itinerary may change due to weather or sea conditions for safety reasons.
• If any locations are closed or unsafe, alternative stops may be arranged.
Cancellation Policy :
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund.
✔ Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount with no refund.
✔ Weather & Safety Cancellations:
• If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, guests will be offered either:
• A reschedule on another available date.
• A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
✔ Operator Cancellations:
• In rare cases, if the tour operator cancels due to boat maintenance, insufficient passengers, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refund :
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date.
• Tour is canceled by the operator due to bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, or insufficient passengers (if rescheduling is not possible).
✔ Partial Refund:
• If the tour is cut short due to weather conditions after departure, a partial refund may be considered based on the situation.
✔ No Refund:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
• No-shows or late arrivals.
• If the tour is affected by government restrictions beyond the operator’s control.
• If a guest leaves the tour voluntarily or refuses to follow safety guidelines.
✔ Rescheduling Fees:
• If you postpone the tour for personal reasons, a 200 THB fee applies.
